This was a tough one. Both of these projects are contextually sensitive, gentrifying, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I must go with Hospice (even though some old neighborhood homes/trees were removed for its construction) because it fits into the Perry neighborhood so well, and now there are even more trees than before.
