Forget crop circles...We spotted these cool rock stacks out near Coyote Rocks in the Spokane Valley. We've no idea who managed to construct these, but we'd like to thank them publicly for taking the time to create such an interesting though temporary piece of work. It certainly made a quick break towards the end of a long ride that much more enjoyable.
Aren't those called karns? They are all over the place in Austin.

Coyote Rocks, is that near where the Centennial Trail intersects with Trent? It does look like a welcome distraction.

Someone spent some time on those cairns. They're quite impressive. I wonder how long they'll last? Hopefully as long as Lincoln's scarf downtown did(which I sincerely hope someone replaces this winter).
