Had to laugh at the Davenport article comparing it to Soviet housing. Hopefully, it will look better when it gets closer to completion. I do blame the Architectural firm more than the owner, since they designed it! Have you notice that firm didn't put it on their website?
Isn't anyone impressed that it's the tallest precast building west of the Missisippi? :)

Worthy is a control freak, and he apparently pretty much forced the architects to design his "vision." Hence why they didn't put their name on the thing--it's a career killer.
