Prium Companies recently released a few schematics of the planned Wall Street Condominiums at 153 Wall. It seems everyone is trying to hit the sweet spot before the Kendall Yards juggernaut comes online with it's first 500+ units.
At ninety units and fourteen stories the building is certainly going to add to Spokane's skyline. The street level pic above, while a tad grainy, gives a great sense on how drastically this structure is going to fill in the Wall Street Corridor. Add in additional street-level retail and you've got some nice activity south of the viaduct that won't include a drive through. An occupancy date of Fall 2007 means that ground will soon be broken.
